Iduns veg 4

Iduns veg 4 was completely renovated and partly newly built between 2012 and 2016. Located within walking distance of NTNU Gløshaugen and by bike you will reach campus within 4-5 minutes. Less than ten minutes by bus to the city center with departures 4-6 times per hour during the day from Utleirvegen (2 minutes walk from house) 

The house consists of two separate apartments. 

Apartment A - ground floor and lower floor with a total of 8 bedrooms, two bathrooms, extra separate toilet, kitchen with dining table and large living room with access to the west-facing terrace. The rooms vary from 9 to 16 m2. 

Apartment B - 1st and 2nd floor with four spacious bedrooms of 10 to 14 m2 on the 1st floor and two large rooms (sloping ceilings) with floor area over 20 m2 on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen with dining table, bathroom , extra separate toilet and large living room with access to west-facing terrace.
