Rønningsbakken 40 

Rønningsbakken 40 is a large house over four floors with two separate apartments that both go over two levels. Located 200 meters from Dronning Mauds, only 10 minutes by bus to Dragvoll, walking distance to Solsiden (centrum) and cycling distance to NTNU Tunga. The price for the dormitories varies from 4400 to 5900 NOK per month. 

Apartment A (basement and ground floor) is the house's largest apartment of a total of 250 m2. The apartment has six bedrooms in the basement and four on the ground floor. There are a total of four bathrooms, large kitchen with three refrigerators, freezer, two stoves, microwave, dishwasher etc. Two washing machines and two dryers on the lower floor. All rooms are large with lots of light of up to 15 m2 in size. On the ground floor, next to the kitchen, there is a large living room with separate dining room and access to the terrace. The basement was built in 2016 with underfloor heating and LED downlights in the ceiling. 

Apartment B (1st and 2nd floor) is a total of about 190 m2 with five bedrooms on the 1st floor and two on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor there are also two bathrooms, large kitchen with "everything" of appliances living room and dining room. From the living room you have access to a large west-facing terrace. Room number 5 also has direct access from the room to the terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two large bedrooms with floor area over 30m2 (NB! Sloping ceilings) and a separate common hallway where a washbasin is installed.
