Apartment at about 190 m2 in total. There are five bedrooms on the 1st floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor we have two bathrooms, large kitchen with "everything" of appliances, living room and dining room. From the living room you have access to a large west-facing terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two large bedrooms with floor area over 30m2 (NB! Sloping ceilings) and a separate common hallway where a washbasin is installed.

Rental price per month
Electricity is added to the rent and is limited to a maximum of NOK 490 per month regardless of consumption. Rooms can be rented furnished for 190 to 290 NOK extra per month. Unfurnished, there are only wardrobes in the room. Common area is furnished.
For short term rental the price includes furniture and electricity (no extra charges)
