Sverdrups vei 38 currently consists of three small apartments with three bedrooms in each at ground and 1st floor and two apartments in the basement with two large bedrooms/dormitories of about 20 m2 each.
All apartments have a full kitchen with including a dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the basement for free use. There is no common living room in the apartments, but some of the rooms are spacious enough to have a separate sofa group if desired. The rooms are rented out with wardrobes and can be furnished for NOK 190 extra per month. Price for the different dormitories varies from 3500 to 4700 NOK per month.
Located within walking distance from the center and by bike you will reach NTNU Øya/Gløshaugen in 10 minutes. Less than 5 minutes by bus into the city center with departure 4-6 times per hour during the daytime from Byåsveien which is 150 meters from the property.
